Gazpromneft-Lubricants shared the successful experience of its predictive diagnostics service, G-Lab, which helps industrial enterprises extend equipment lifespan and optimize maintenance costs.
The company presented its proprietary development at the NEFT 4.0 Congress on the Digitalization of Russia’s Oil and Gas Industry, which brought together over 380 leading industry experts.
The G-Lab digital service is integrated into the production processes of major industrial enterprises in Russia’s oil and gas, metallurgy, transportation, and energy sectors. Based on the analysis of oil used in operating machinery, the system assesses the technical condition of equipment, simulates its operating scenarios, estimates remaining service life, and provides recommendations on maintenance intervals. This allows enterprises to monitor equipment condition in real time, detect anomalies at early stages, and avoid unplanned production shutdowns.
Anatoly Skoromets, General Director of Gazpromneft-Lubricants:
“Today’s businesses require accurate and fast forecasts that help shape real-time equipment maintenance strategies. G-Lab is a tool that enables enterprises to reach a new level of digital maturity. Over three years of use, our many partners have confirmed its effectiveness.”
