Omsk Lubricants Plant (OZSM)

The Omsk Lubricants Plant (OZSM) is one of the most modern enterprises in Russia and the CIS.
The high-tech complex is designed to produce 300 thousand tonnes of products per year. The range of products manufactured by the Omsk plant includes a wide range of automotive, industrial and marine oils, greases and technical fluids.

The company has an integrated management system certified according to international standards: ISO 9001 - quality management, ISO 14001 - environmental management, ISO 45001 - occupational health and safety management, ISO 50001 - energy management. In 2022, the management systems were certified in the GOST R national standardisation system, and certificates of compliance with GOST R ISO 9001, GOST R ISO 14001, and GOST R ISO 45001 were obtained.

The Omsk complex was launched in two stages. In 2012, the facilities of the first stage were put into operation; they are designed for the production of packaging and filling, a warehouse for raw materials and end products, and a modern reservoir tank storage. As part of the second phase, a complex for blending, filling and packaging of engine oils was opened in 2014. The new equipment provides packaging of more than 350 product items and simultaneous storage of 12,000 tonnes of packaged oils. Due to the introduction of advanced technologies, the average time of preparation of one batch of products has been reduced to 4 hours.
The development of the Omsk complex is part of the company's strategy aimed at import substitution, production of high-tech products, expansion of market share in Russia, and development of new international markets.

Moscow Lubricants Plant

Moscow Lubricants Plant is a subsidiary of Gazpromneft-Lubricants, specialising in the production of high-tech engine, marine, hydraulic, industrial and transmission oils, as well as individual product lines for car manufacturers.

The Moscow Lubricants Plant is the most modern and technologically advanced lubricants production site in the Central region of the Russian Federation.

The most modern blending plant
The pumping station allows the simultaneous mixing of up to 7 oil components in one pipeline. The process reduces mixing time by one third and ensures the highest dosing accuracy of the oil components.

Automated vertical filling line
The operation of two filling devices allows synchronised filling of two canisters of any volume, which significantly reduces filling time.
The company's product portfolio includes over 300 items of commercial products and over 900 items of packaged products. The production capacity of MZSM is over 100 thousand tonnes per year.

The plant includes a production shop for high-precision blending, an oil packaging shop, a reservoir tank storage, dispensing system and railway trestles with pumping units, a storage facility, a boiler house, treatment facilities, an administrative building, and the Gazpromneft-Lubricants Research and Development Centre.

G-Energy motor oils are made using our proprietary base called G-Base. The base component of G-Base has a content of saturated hydrocarbons close to 100 percent, which means it provides high resistance of the oil to oxidation.

FORMULA DEVELOPED BY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

After analyzing and systematizing 15 years of research, our specialists have created a unique database that became the foundation of the company's new AI-based digital product. When creating vehicle lubricants, our experts set the main parameters for the future product, including viscosity, low-temperature properties, alkalinity, as well as specifications for the units where the oil will be used. The program then analyzes accumulated data in the database on how the components behave under various conditions and automatically models the optimal motor oil formula.

F-SYNTH – FLAGSHIP MOTOR OIL LINE

The flagship product line of the G-Energy brand is our F-Synth motor oil range. These are fully synthetic motor oils with targeted additives that effectively protect the car and keep the engine healthy for a long time under any operating conditions. The line combines all the best qualities and high-tech developments of the brand. The fully synthetic base G-Base, an enhanced formula based on magnesium and molybdenum, along with polyalphaolefins (PAO) and esters in the formula increase engine protection and preserve its resources. PAOs provide a high viscosity index, low-temperature properties, and low volatibility, while esters offer excellent lubricating properties due to their unique molecular structure by literally "sticking" to the engine surface.
