Pabrik Pelumas Omsk (OZSM) adalah salah satu perusahaan paling modern di Rusia dan CIS.

Kompleks Omsk diluncurkan dalam dua tahap. Pada tahun 2012, fasilitas tahap pertama dioperasikan; fasilitas ini dirancang untuk produksi pengemasan dan pengisian, gudang bahan baku dan produk akhir, serta penyimpanan tangki reservoir modern.

Sebagai bagian dari tahap kedua, kompleks untuk blending, pengisian, dan pengemasan oli mesin dibuka pada tahun 2014. Peralatan baru ini memungkinkan pengemasan lebih dari 350 item produk dan penyimpanan simultan 12.000 ton oli kemasan.

Berkat penerapan teknologi canggih, waktu rata-rata persiapan satu batch produk telah berkurang menjadi 4 jam.

Moscow Lubricants Plant

Pabrik Pelumas Moskow adalah anak perusahaan Gazpromneft-Lubricants yang mengkhususkan diri dalam produksi oli mesin, kelautan, hidrolik, industri, dan transmisi berteknologi tinggi, serta lini produk khusus untuk produsen mobil.

Pabrik Pelumas Moskow adalah lokasi produksi pelumas paling modern dan canggih di wilayah Pusat Federasi Rusia.

Pabrik Blending Paling Modern
Stasiun pompa memungkinkan pencampuran hingga 7 komponen oli secara bersamaan dalam satu pipa. Proses ini mengurangi waktu pencampuran sepertiga dan memastikan akurasi tertinggi dalam penakaran komponen oli.

Lini Pengisian Vertikal Otomatis

Operasi dua perangkat pengisian memungkinkan pengisian sinkron dua kemasan dengan volume apa pun, yang secara signifikan mengurangi waktu pengisian.

After analyzing and systematizing 15 years of research, our specialists have created a unique database that became the foundation of the company's new AI-based digital product. When creating vehicle lubricants, our experts set the main parameters for the future product, including viscosity, low-temperature properties, alkalinity, as well as specifications for the units where the oil will be used. The program then analyzes accumulated data in the database on how the components behave under various conditions and automatically models the optimal motor oil formula.

The flagship product line of the G-Energy brand is our F-Synth motor oil range. These are fully synthetic motor oils with targeted additives that effectively protect the car and keep the engine healthy for a long time under any operating conditions. The fully synthetic base G-Base, an enhanced formula based on magnesium and molybdenum, along with polyalphaolefins (PAO) and esters in the formula increase engine protection and preserve its resources.
